GOOD THINGS COME TO YOU AT THE RIGHT TIME and that's what I have to say about Yoga Therapy Centre. I have been suffering from my spinal cord issues & for my big tummy. None of the medications or treatments were helping me to overcome these issues and that's when I reached out to Pooja Ma'am.At the first consultation session only she was able to understand the underlying issue for my problems and helped me, It’s been 2 weeks now and I can say this is the BEST DECISION that I have taken till now when it comes to my health and physical fitness. Yoga therapy is a great place for yoga.Feel more relaxed through the day and sleep better.Pooja is also an excellent instructor.Helps you overcome fatigue to a great extent.Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good yoga class.

I had joined my mom for yoga classes as she had accute asthma.The classes taught by Pooja ma'am are extremely helping my mom to breathe freely and sleep well and night.The instructor is very patient, empathetic and welcoming in nature.They care very deeply to their students and make sure the asanas solving for your pain points.I can slowly see positive results for my mom's asthma condition.Overall happy with the coaching and enthusiasm put to take care of their students.P.S: They conduct both online and offline sessions

Yoga therapy care has really helped me a lot….classes r very regular and the way sir understands the problem and give the confidence is really what is very much needed ….and the asanas he makes us to do r very helpful for particular problems we face….I enjoy every class…..Sir is really very caring and calm ….also every class he teaches with same high energy ….never get bored….I highly recommend Yoga therapy care for everyone
